This is how we assisted TSYS, a global processing company in the commercial card industry, with the development of a new department for integrated payables and related strategy. Assisting with business casing, organization requirements, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and potential M&A targets was no small feat, but with our team, we reached milestone after milestone. 

Our process includes more than mere project completion, but also ensures follow up implementation and integration so that progress continually occurs even after our team moves forward. After our work with TSYS, their project resulted in the development of profit and loss (P&L) and a new business unit that currently processes north of ten billion dollars in AP automation payments. As for the M&A side, after analysis, TSYS acquired a leading fintech provider known as Verient Inc. to expand and continue growth in the industry, per our recommendation.
