When the timing was right we prepared them for a transaction, conducted an auction process for potential buyers/investors, negotiated key deal terms and provided diligence support. Through our knowledge of the industry and experience executing transactions, we were able to negotiate and close the successful sale of AOC Solutions to WEX, a public company, for a purchase price in excess of $130 million.
